Bra Fitting
Tips:

It is very important to wear a properly fitting bra
not only for comfort, but also for your health. A properly fitting bra can
alleviate strain on the back and shoulders as well as keeping the breast tissue
from breaking down. Breast tissue does not repair itself; if not supported
properly the breast tissue will break down and lose its firmness.

Replace
your bras every six
months. Most bras
get worn out and do not function as they should after six months.

To be
well supported and make your bra fit properly, you need to make sure all breast
tissue is fully in the cup of your bra. A common trick is to bend over, place
all tissue in the cup, stand and then align your nipple with the seam of the
bra.

For the best support and comfort, the back band of your bra should
be anchored at or below your shoulder blades.

Consider getting measured
by a professional every year if you have major body changes, (ie - weight loss
or gain, pregnancy, etc.
